Hello and thank you for dropping by!

My name is Fiona Cahill and I started Amilie Designs in 2013. The Company takes its name from my two eldest daughters Amy & Emily.

Initially I started by making a simple frame from Scrabble tiles with the names of our family in a frame and the idea behind our Cúpla Focal range was born. Since those early days, we have expanded from the kitchen table as our range and number of stockists has expanded.

For our Ceramics range; traditional print press design is fused with modern processes to create poignant phrases and sayings encapsulated in the white ceramic.


The Slatecraft range has brought a splash of colour to our line-up. Each piece is a one-off due to the natural qualities and variations in the slate coupled with the clay designs that are individually hand painted, cut and moulded.


2022 has seen us retire our Cúpla Focal range but develop a new website to allow us to expand our other ranges for both our retail and online outlets through our network of fabulous independent and multi-store stockists.
