Each product is sold subject to its product description and/or photograph. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, photographs and prices of products appearing on our site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto our web site. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible; the information, including product prices appearing on this website at a particular time, may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
All product images used on this site are as accurate as possible, however colours will vary from those shown due to different setting on monitors and through manufacturing variations. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products we cannot be held liable for any perceived flaw or colour variance in any product delivered to you.
Amilie Designs never sells seconds, each product has been produced in-house is always considered of premier 1st quality by us; the manufacturer and has been passed by their stringent quality controls.
We aim to have the most up-to-date information available on our site. However from time to time we may make a mistake. If you spot one, please let us know.
Product Orders:

Once an order is placed you will receice an order confirmation email. The order confirmation does not signal our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time. Once you receive an email detailing that your order has been dispatched, your order will be deemed to have been accepted by us.
The listing, description of, or reference to, a product or service on the site does not imply that the product or service is presently available or that we endorse that product or service. In the event of a product or service being listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or any other reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price paid.
Cancellation Policy:

Under Distance Selling Legislation you have the option to cancel your order within 7 Days of the date of delivery. Please note, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us and the customer must pay all postage costs. Please see our returns policy for more information.
Customers may cancel an order at any stage of the order process,however, once you receive an email detailing that your order has been dispatched, your order will be deemed to have been accepted by us and your option to cancel an order will no longer be available. If you need to change the delivery address after an item has been dispatched, or you supply an incorrect address, you the customer will be liable for the delivery charges incurred by us and any extra charges that may be applied by our courier in returning the item back to us. A refund will be given less the costs incurred by us and you may reorder your items as a new order.
Product and Service Availability:
Amilie Designs does not guarantee stock levels nor can we guarantee that we will continue to stock items indefinitely. Should any item be out of stock at the time of purchase for more than 5 days, we will notify you, the customer with an expected delivery date. Should this not suffice, we will offer a full refund if a satisfactory replacement cannot be offered.
Returns & Exchanges Policy:
We hope that you are delighted with your purchases from However, if you would like to return any item we are happy to provide a refund or exchange assuming that the goods are still in their original packaging and in fully re-saleable condition. To receive a refund you must return the goods to us within 7 days of delivery, exchanges can be made up to 14 days from delivery date. Goods must be returned with your packing slip to the address below. Please mail to: Mail order returns, Amilie Designs, 7b Mainguard Street, Galway City, Ireland. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund will be affected. If returning goods by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received at our address. This does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. Amilie Designs is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Returns of Personalised Items:
Where your order consists of a personalised designs made to your notified and agreed specification, we are unable to offer refunds if you decide you no longer want the item or wish to exchange the purchased personalised design.

Where goods have been ordered and paid for with cards from outside the Euro area, Amilie Designs will not be held liable for any discrepancies in the refund amount returned to you due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates or charges levied by your bank. We will process your refund in the currency you ordered the goods from us in - Euro.
Your original purchase will be refunded to you credit card.
Please note that your delivery charges will not be refunded.

Damaged/Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please email immediately. Damaged deliveries must be notified within 5 working days of delivery to you. In most instances you will be asked to post the delivery back to us or email a photo of the damaged item. If you post an item back to us you will be given a full refund on these postal charges. Where a part of your order is damaged/faulty you will be issued with a refund to the value of the damaged part only.
Refunds can only be offered onto the original card that was used for payment.
